What we promise

How we keep it from going wrong.

Every piece of work we run comes with the same twelve promises. Nine apply to everything we do. Three apply when we build the record your numbers come from. Here they are in plain language, with the things we will not claim.

On every piece of work.

These nine come with the phone, the follow up, the past customer list, and anything else we run for you.

  1. 1
You always know what you are getting, what it costs, and when.If you want more, we write it down first, with its own price and date.
  2. 2
One person on your side, one on ours.Problems go through them, so nothing gets lost and nothing gets fixed twice. You see the go live plan before there is a go live.
  3. 3
Your customers never see our experiments.Nothing is tested on your live phone line, inbox or numbers. It is proven somewhere else first.
  4. 4
Nothing goes to your customers without a person saying yes.Sending is a click by a person unless you tell us in writing to let it run. The people who asked not to hear from you never will; the system takes them off, not somebody's memory.
  5. 5
It only says what you would say.Your price sheet, your hours, your services. When it does not know, it gets a person instead of guessing.
  6. 6
You will never wonder whether we saw it.Anything you raise gets an answer inside two business hours, with a time for the next update, even when the answer is "not yet."
  7. 7
If we get hit by a bus, your system keeps running.Everything has a written runbook, a second person who can run it, an off switch and a way back.
  8. 8
You can fire us on a Friday and open everything on Monday.Your accounts stay in your name. Our access is scoped and revocable. Your data sits where you can take it.
  9. 9
We tell you exactly what we control. We commit to an uptime number only on what we run end to end. On anything hosted by someone else you get the honest picture, not a number we borrowed.

When we build the record.

These three apply only when the work includes putting your history in one place. They are the reason the numbers on your Monday page can be trusted, and we do not make them about work that does not include the record.

  1. 10
All of your history, in one place, and it is yours.Every system you have used, kept in full, stitched into one record per customer back to day one.
  2. 11
Our numbers tie to yours before you see them.Every release is checked against a number you already trust. If it does not tie, nothing ships.
  3. 12
The number the assistant gives you is the number the page shows.Every figure is defined once. The assistant looks it up. It never does the arithmetic and never estimates.

What we will not claim.

  • An uptime number on anything we do not run ourselves
  • "Hands free" or "fully automatic" anywhere your customers are on the other end
  • A result under a client's name without that client's say so. Until then the number is withheld, never estimated
  • A client quote we did not receive in the client's own words
  • "Retrieved, never made up" on work that does not include the record. That sentence belongs to the last three promises

Where it runs today.

  • The last three promises run on Chem-Dry of Richmond's record: 28 years of history from three systems, one record per household, and a list that builds itself every Monday
  • The first nine run on every engagement, including the follow up sequence for Insta Window Quote, written from the owner's own answers, and the job and accounting record for Hardesty Roofing
  • Every promise on this page is also a schedule in the agreement you sign. Same words, same order

Ask us about any of these on the call.

Fifteen minutes. You leave with the questionnaire and the confidentiality commitment. The working session is free either way.
