These terms cover use of the Execution Growth Partner website. Project engagements between Execution Growth Partner and a client are governed by the engagement letter and scoping document signed for that specific project, not by this page.

How project engagements are governed
Every project engagement runs under a written engagement letter and a one-page scoping document. The scoping document defines the deliverables, the working group, the timeline, the fee, and what is explicitly out of scope. The engagement letter covers confidentiality, IP ownership of work product, payment terms, and exit conditions.
Nothing on this site creates an engagement, an offer, or a binding commitment. Engagements begin only when the engagement letter and scoping document are signed by both parties.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is mutual. Both parties protect non-public information shared during the engagement, with standard exceptions for information that is already public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law. NDAs are signed up front when a prospective client requires them before the discovery call.
No vendor referral fees
Execution Growth Partner does not accept referral fees, commissions, or rebates from vendors recommended in the course of an engagement. Recommendations are made on the merits.
Limitation of liability
The information on this website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Execution Growth Partner is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Liability under any specific project engagement is governed by the engagement letter for that project.
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
