Release notes

What shipped, and when.

The systems we run for clients change every week. This is the record of what changed, so an owner can see what arrived in their business without asking.

Agents
New

All your agents in one place

Your voice and text agents used to live on separate tabs. They now share a single Agents workspace, grouped by the job each one does — booking, customer support, after-hours, and so on. Click any agent to open it, and use New agent to hire one for a specific job rather than picking a channel first.

Messaging
Fixed

A missed call now texts back once

When a call was missed, the automatic text back to the caller could occasionally send twice. It now sends exactly once, every time.

Agents
Improved

Booking rules match the job the agent does

An agent only shows the rules it actually uses — a support agent is no longer asked to configure arrival windows it will never book. You can also write your own rules in plain English, and say who picks up a complaint or a commercial enquiry.

Agents
New

Your text agent has a name and a voice of its own

You can now set what your text agent calls itself and describe how it should sound, right above its instructions. If the agent is standing down because your team is on, the workspace tells you so instead of looking switched off.

Reporting
Improved

Activity, per agent

The old Analytics tab is now Activity, and for voice agents the numbers are that agent's own rather than the whole workspace's. Where a figure still covers everything — bookings and spend — it says so plainly.

Workspace
Improved

Clearer settings, fewer surprises

Settings shared across every voice agent are now labelled as such, so changing one agent no longer quietly changes another. Closing every day on your office hours warns you first, because it would otherwise stop bookings and alert texts without explanation.

Newsletters
Fixed

Newsletters recover instead of getting stuck

A campaign that hit a problem mid-send could previously end up in a state it could not leave. Campaigns now recover on their own.

Workspace
New

A refreshed workspace, and this panel

The navigation and Knowledge sections have had a design pass, and this What's New panel is new — each week we will note here what changed.

Clients get these in their Monday page the week they land, with the part that affects their business called out. How the Monday page works.
