Quick Answer

Execution Partner is a firm that builds AI, growth, and finance systems for established businesses and then operates and evolves them over time. It was founded in 2026 by Brian Redden, Deane Boone, and Garrett Musser, three operators who have built businesses, run analytics at scale, and led AI implementation. One senior team handles both the build and the ongoing operation, so the systems keep working as the business changes. We do not sell hours, we do not hand off a strategy deck and leave, and we are additive to the systems you already run.

Why we built this.

AI is moving fast, and most business owners do not have the time or the team to keep up. The advice on offer is mostly noise, the software vendors hand you a tool and leave you to configure it, and the big consulting firms write a strategy and walk away.

We started Execution Partner to do the opposite. We sit on top of the systems a business already uses, build what it actually needs, and then stay and run it. We are additive, not disruptive. The name is the promise: we are an execution partner, not an advisor and not a vendor.

What makes the firm work.

  • One senior team, no junior bench between you and the work
  • Growth, finance, and AI under one roof, working together
  • We build the system and then operate and evolve it
  • We sit on top of your existing tools instead of ripping them out
  • We show up in person, not just over video

The founders.

The people who build the work are the people in the room. No junior bench, no account-manager layer.

CEO and Co-founder

Midlothian, Virginia

30+ years building revenue engines.

Brian leads growth, marketing, and the AI strategy that sits on top of how clients go to market. He owns the firm's go-to-market, partner development, and the cohesion of the team across engagements.

He is a sales and marketing executive and business owner with more than 30 years of experience leading teams, navigating organizational change, expanding into new markets, and driving measurable growth across a wide variety of industries.

His operator experience is specific. After running his own businesses through the early 1990s, he stepped into Conquest Graphics as VP of Sales and Marketing, deliberately joining a larger company under a strong CEO to level up. From there he joined Virginia Green, a service business nearing $100 million in revenue with an aggressive growth plan and a private equity transition ahead.

He led the team through that private equity transition and implemented the scalable systems that took the company from one brand in one state to six brands across five states. He personally oversaw more than 22,000 inbound leads annually and built the routing infrastructure, call center processes, and operating systems that converted them to revenue.

Across his career, Brian has built marketing programs that generate consistent demand, implemented CRM and attribution infrastructure from scratch, and guided leadership teams through the decisions that shape positioning and sustainable growth. He lives in Midlothian, Virginia, with his family.

Finance and data at enterprise scale.

Deane owns the finance, analytics, and data side of the firm. When a client needs their numbers, their reporting, or their financial picture to actually make sense, he is the one who builds it.

He is a finance and data engineering executive with over 21 years of experience building systems that connect data to revenue. That includes managing analytics infrastructure for a firm with $8.7 billion in annual revenue, automating more than 500 workflows, and recovering $1.7 million in untracked revenue through attribution and pipeline engineering. He has supported data integrations across $2.1 billion in acquisitions.

His focus is translating raw data into business outcomes, building the financial models, CRM pipelines, and attribution frameworks that give leadership teams a clear read on performance. Based in the Washington, DC area, he brings enterprise-scale data engineering rigor to businesses that have never had it.

Building where AI is going next.

Garrett leads the AI technology and engineering. His head is furthest into where AI is going, and he leads how the firm builds the systems it puts into clients' businesses.

He is the architect behind Atlas, Execution Partner's AI system that gives an owner a single intelligent way to run the business. Atlas sits on top of the tools a company already uses, its CRM, scheduling, payments, and the rest, and turns a fragmented stack into something the owner can actually talk to and act on.

Garrett's work is grounded in a simple idea: the best AI implementation is the one that disappears into how a business already runs. He sets the technical direction for every build and stays close to the work so the systems do not just demo well, they run in the real world. Based in Virginia.

What we are.

We build the system, we run the system, and we stay with the business as the system grows and the technology evolves. The deliverable is a live system that runs in your business and makes your life easier, not a binder of recommendations you have to go implement yourself.

  • A senior team that builds and operates real systems
  • Operators who have run, scaled, and fixed real businesses
  • A partner that is additive to what you already use
  • A team that shows up, in person, and treats your time like it matters

What we are not.

We are direct about this so the fit is clear early.

  • Not a consulting firm. We do not sell hours or hand off a deck.
  • Not a marketing agency. We build the infrastructure the marketing runs on.
  • Not a software vendor. We do not sell a tool and leave you to configure it.
  • Not a one-time vendor. The systems need ongoing care, so we stay.

Where we stand on AI.

The whole field is new. Most of the meaningful advances in this technology have happened recently, and anyone claiming decades of experience with what is possible right now is describing something else.

We do not sell revolutionary, game-changing, or disruptive anything. We make it easy for a business to benefit from AI without having to become an AI expert, we are honest about what the technology can and cannot do today, and we build the parts that actually move the business.

How we go to market.

We do not show up cold. We come in through trusted relationships with operators who have real credibility in their industries, and we put real people in real markets, meeting owners in person.

That is how operators want to be approached, and it is how trust gets built fastest. It is also why we are building out Area Operations Partners in new markets.

Bring us something worth building well.

If the shape sounds right, the first conversation is short and direct.
